Administration-sponsored Cha-cha craze is indeed raising eye-brows. And not only-eye brows but hairs especially with the presence of Puno.

Admin Tactic: Call barangay assemblies and discuss Cha-cha. Kasabay siyempre ang pirmahan blues.

Questions:

1. Barangay assemblies? Ba't ngayon lang after almost half decade of administration of Gloria in the Palace?
2. At bakit Cha-cha? At bakit hindi development plan ng barangays? Sa barangay ni Aling Maring, walang kalsada kaya ang gulay na kanyg binebenta, laging lanta. Kina Mang Bok naman, problema ang tubig. Sabi aayusin ni Gloria in the Palace. Lawit na ang dila ng mga tao sa kaaantay wala pa ring tubig. Kina Tatang Siyano, problema ang pataba. Sabi me fertilizer daw na pinamimigay ang gobyerno. Kaya nga me scam. Pero nangamatay na ang dapt patabain, walang fertilizer na dumating. Usap-usapan pa naman na "liquid fertilizer" daw yun. Di kaya na-liquidate na talaga? Senator Magsaysay, ano na po nangyari sa imbestigasyon mo? Sa may Northrail naman, kina Lani, problema pa rin ang malilipatan. Propa lang pala ni Kabayan ang housing project. Teka, dami ng problema ah. Ba't di na lang yun ang pinag-usapan? Ba't Cha-cha? Chicharon ba yun? Nakakain ba yun?
3. Teka, may budget daw yung mga barangay assemblies. Siyempre pakain, sound system. Ganuuun????!!!! Sabi walang budget at di suportado ng gobyerno? Di na ba parte ng gobyerno ang barangay?
4. Malala pa, wala raw honorarium ang mga punong barangay na walang barangay assembly. Baka ito ang ibig sabihin ng walang budget?
5. At wala rin daw IRA ang barangay na walang napapirma. Hmmnnn. Baka ito nga talaga ang ibig sabihin ng walang budget?

Of course, kesa naman walang pera at maipit sa battle of the bands, este, battle of the opposition and the administration at sa maaaring tsismis, paninira at pangungulit ng mga ka-barangay (siyempre dahil kukulitin sila sa mga proyekto lalo na kung di dumating ang IRA), me mga bulong-bulungan sa mga kanto. Eto daw ang ginawa ng ilang kapitan para mangalap ng pirma para sa PIG for Cha-cha:

1. Nang magsimula ang barangay assembly, pinapirma ang mga tao sa attendance sheet. Yun pala, di naman attendance sheet kundi dokumento na nagsasabing pabor sila sa Cha-cha. Oks di ba?
   
2. Ang iba naman, nagbayad ng P50 sa bawat pumipirma. Galing di ba?
3. Ang iba, ipinirma na lang. Mas magaling, di ba?
4. Ang iba sinabihan na may ibibigay na rasyon ang gobyerno kaya napapirma. Magaling din, di ba?
   
5. Eto ang mas magaling. Sabi ng mga opisyal ng barangay, "Sino ang ayaw na kay Gloria? Lumapit lamang po at pumirma." Dumagsa ngayon ang mga tao. Andaming pumirma ang di alam ng mga tao, patungkol na pala sa Cha-cha ang dokumentong pinipirmahan nila.

Sabagay, me ponto rin si Toting. Media is free on the condition that one should not be critical to the administration of Gloria in the Palace. And it is a very clear rule.

Parang ABS-CBN versus GMA-7 na boxing round with Gloria in the Palace as the instigator. (Sino kaya ang mina-manage nitong si Gloria in the Palace? Porke ba si un-gentleman mike ginagawang manok si Pacquiao gusto rin ni Gloria in the Palace na meron din siya?)

6. Pagagalitan ka at ipapahiya sa iba pang media practitioners lalo kung eleksiyon. Tulad nung reporter sa GMA-7 last 2004.

7. Maaari ka ring mamatay lalo kung tinatahulan mo rin ang kaalyado ni Gloria in the Palace sa baba.
   

8. Kung patay ka na, patutulugin din ang kaso mo tulad ng nangyayari ngayon sa kaso ng halos lahat ng journalists na namatay sa administrasyon ni Gloria in the Palace. Lalabas na binaril ka ng multo.... kasi nga walang suspect. o kung nakita man, mahirap hanapin o di mahanap. tulad ng multo na basta na lang lumalabas. hala ka! may momooooo.......
   

Gloria in the Palace, a Coup Plotter?

Gloria in the Palace, being a part of a conspiracy to commit a coup, is no more a secret. Un-gentleman Mike earlier admitted this in an interview with Graphics Magazine. and her actions betrayed her also. Remember her banning the rallies that once put her in office? And remember her being so rigid against coup d' etats na tsismis pa lang naman at ala pang basehan? Otherwise, me nakulong na nga ba?

Anyway, the guiding folk wisdom is this: Ang magnanakaw, galit sa kapwa magnanakaw!


This also explains why Gloria in the Palace is purging the left particularly the ND group. Kasi nga po, kasama niya ito last 2001 in plotting a coup against Erap.

At lalong galit siya sa ND-group dahil there is a public knowledge na sinusuportahan nito ang CPP-NPA. At ang CPP-NPA, base sa klasipikasyon ng US Government at ni Gloria in the Palace, ay mga terorista. Di ba terorista din si Gloria in the Palace? Kaya hayun....


Pero di ba si Gloria in the Palace din ang nagsabi na "the crime of rebellion is a continuing crime". And she was among those who plotted rebellion in 2001. That means, continuing pa rin ang crime niya. Puwede na ba siyang i-convict? At any rate, di naman siya legitimate?

Mahirap talaga magsalita. Ang isda, nabibingwit sa bibig. Pero sa may ilog namin, nakabingwit ako ng isda sa buntot. Sa kagagalaw kasi, nasabit kaya hayun. Nahuli. Resulta, ginawang pulutan nina Mang Kanor.

Tabako Ramos, an economic saboteur?

Because of Fidel "Tabako" Ramos's statement that Arroyo's claimed stability is illusory, allies of Gloria in the Palace started hitting back at the former president calling him as an economic saboteur.

Teka, akala ko ba mataas ang level ng mga nasa Malacanang? Why are they now "name-calling"? At ba't dumami pa ata ang barking dogs ni Gloria in the Palace? Hmmnn... sounds interesting.

According to Tabako, the efforts of Malacanang to resolve the restiveness in the Armed Forces has only resulted to temporary and artificial stability. No doubt, the genuine concerns of the members of the AFP were not addressed. Di naman kasi bahay lang ang problema ng mga sundalo. Buhay din, no?

For Tabako's statement, Cong. Cerilles of Zamboanga del Sur said that the former president should act like an elder statesman and not issue statements that could drive investors away.

Hypocrite! So does the Honorable Cerilles intend to lure investors to the Philippines and make them pasubo sa mga tapal (mis)managements of Gloria in the Palace?

Or pa-impress lang tayo at super-sipsip ng coca-cola, err, kay Gloria in the Palace para sa pork and other perks?

If Tabako Ramos is not telling the truth, then why be afraid? Di naman ata bopols ang mga investors. If Tabako Ramos is not telling the truth, why stoop at his level and start calling him names? Kala ko ba 'elder statesman' siya ba't ala tayong respect sa 'elder' natin? At saka elder? Di ulyanin na yun so why be afraid?

Why oh why?

O baka naman kasi totoo ang sinasabi ni Tabako kaya bark to the teeth kayo ngayon?

Sabagay, ulyanin na nga si Tabako. Tanda na, eh. And here are the reasons why Tabako has become more and more forgetful:

1. He forgot his satisfaction ratings while he was still president. As a result, di niya na-compare ang satisfaction ratings ni Gloria in the Palace. Immediately, he pushed for cha-cha under Gloria. Kaya naman napuno ng disgrasya. Inihulog na ng Dos, nawala pa ang iba... (kasama na ba ang RPN at IBC?) I mean, all the policies of Gloria in the Palace were met with skepticism kahit gaano pa ito kaimportante tulad ng cha-cha.

2. He forgot the rigodon-type of decision-making na meron si Gloria in the Palace. So, kala ni Tabako go na ang cha-cha pero ayun, bye-bye love na. Siguro di talaga naalala ni Tabako ang "I will not run". Sana inisip na lang niya yung "to be or tutubi", err, "To Be, or Not To Be". Para naman may recall ang "I Will Not Run". O di ba?

3. Tabako forgot his spins during the 1992 elections. And he also forgot na hindi siya nahuli at iba ang sitwasyon niya noon sa sitwasyon ni Gloria in the Palace ngayon. Noon, walang "Hello Garci!". Ngayon, meron. So Tabako thought na cure-all ang cha-cha so he said "Hello Gloria" ala knight in shining armor.

4. And Tabako forgot na walang sinasanto si Gloria. O di niya talaga alam? Kaya iyong efforts niya matapos ang unang bugso ng Gloriagate Crisis, nawalang parang bula lang. Poor Tabako! Sabagay, puwede kang bigyan ng award ni Vicky Morales sa Wish Ko Lang. Kasi swak ka sa "Search for Good Samaritan" episode nila last Sunday. Di ba nagta-trabaho ka ng walang kapalit?

5. Most of all, baka nalimutan ni Tabako na di na siya presidente? At nalimutan niy na di na VP si Gloria in the Palace? Kaya siguro inakala niya na kaya niya pang pasunurin si Gloria?

Inciting to Sedition 101

Based on the actions of the Arroyo (mis)government, inciting to sedition is defined as:

A crime existing only in the lawbook of Malacanang written and edited by the spinsmeisters of Gloria in the Palace and is committed through utterance or publication of statements which are true or presumed to be true and which Malacanang cannot answer or refute for reasons of EO 464, shyness or fear of spilling more more rotten beans.

The crime is committed only by the opposition, or mediamen Malacanang thinks is critical to the administration.

Terrorism and Arroyo-ism

I don't know if Gloria in the Palace can understand the words she say. English kasi.

Yesterday, she was so bold enough to say: Terrorism is murder and no religion anywhere can abide by the faith of the faithless who kill and maim in the name of God.

Consider the following:

1. Gloria in the Palace loves photo-ops in the Church and or going to church. She even has pictures in deep prayer and meditation (or pretending to be?).

2. Gloria in the Palace loves to claim that God put her in the office. (Feeling siguro ang mga Pinoy nasa medieval times pa at "to the bones" pang naniniwala sa Divine Theory of government.)

3. And Gloria in the Palace loves to name-drop the name of God. (Naku! Naaalala ko tuloy ang ala-panalangin na TV ad ni Gloria in the palace last 2004 election. Iyong ginawa ni Boy Abunda na parang panalangin o parang reading ng salmo na ang response sa bawat linya "Yan si Gloria!" Kumusta na kaya si Boy? Di ba siya nagsisisi sa endorsement niya kay Gloria in the Palace? "Yan si Boy Abunda!")

4. But despite her use of the name of God, Gloria in the Palace issued the calibrated pre-emptive response (CPR), Presidential Proclamation 1017, General Order No. 5 (hindi soup number 5 o mambo number 5!) and similar repressive measures. These orders trample on the rights of the people.

5. Based on human rights primer released by CHR and other government agencies of the Philippines, human rights makes man a man. Trampling on said rights mean trampling on man. Naisip kaya ito ni Gloria in the Palace?

6. Because of repressive measures, the rights of man were maimed. And maiming man's rights simply mean maiming man. Again, naisip kaya ito ni Gloria in the Palace?

7. Aside from the orders that directly affect man's political rights, Gloria in the Palace also issued repressive measures and policies affecting man's economic rights. Sa totoo lng, marami ang nghihirap at marmi ang namamatay sa gutom.

Still, Gloria in the Palace has to guts to say the words she uttered yesterday? Naks naman ah! Bopols o makapal lang talga? Hmmnnnnn.......

Question (Q): Malacanang, according to the editorial of Tribune, says that Gloria in the Palace has explained enough about the poll rigging controversy. Is there truth in this claim?

Answer (A): Yes. Silence speaks a thousand words.


Q: Toting Bunye claims that Gloria in the Palace's declaration of the State of Emergency will be justified as the foiled conspiracy to overthrow the government unfolds before the public. Many are asking: When will this happen?

A: No. She has ordered the men in uniform to arrest everyone who are rejecting her terrorist acts. Isa pa, kailan pa ba naging seryoso si Gloria in the Palace? Review her "I Am Sorry" speech and watch out for her grin.


Q: Gloria in the Palace claims that her government has high regards for human rights. Is this true?

A: It depends upon the definition of "human". If the definition points to the opposition, sorry but they are considered as animals.

5. She tried to suppress press freedom. Proof is Proclamation 1017 and the increasing number of journalists killed during her administration. Since 1987, the few years administration of Gloria in the Palace tops the record of administrations with killed journalists.

6. And she tries to silence the opposition. The list includes EO 464 and the calibrated pre-emptive response along with PP 1017. Sabagay, pag wala ng oposisyon, wala ng ingay, di ba?

7. And she does machinations to avoid inquiring into her legitimacy as president. Asan na ang Impeachment?

8. She also does machinations to escape inquiries regarding scams haunting her administration. Asan na rin ang mga sagot sa Fertilizer Scandal, sa wiretapping probe etc., etc.,and ad infinitum?

9. And to stress that she is not really nangugulo, she also meddled in the affairs of political parties other than hers. Kaya pala naging presidente kuno si Atienza at nasa posisyon din si Mike Defensor sa LP. Magaling, di ba?

10. And to stress strongly that she is not really nangugulo, she claims to be a person appointed by God. Siyempre argumentum ad verecundiam. Parang sa mga Kastila. At sa mga katoliko. Sasabihin :Eto ang sinabi ng Diyos kaya wag ka nang magtanong. Sabagay, kung wala ng magtatanong, wala na ring gulo. Galing di ba? Malas lang ni Gloria in the Palace, marami na ang tumitiwalag sa Katolisismo. Asan na nga ba ang Simbahan "in times like this?" Busog ba sa dinner in the palace? May share pa ba sa PCSO? Sa lotto? O baka me share na rin sa jueteng? Kasi si Cruz lng umaangal. Me duda pa nga, DUDA LANG HA, na kaya daw maangal si Cruz kasi kulang. Totoo ba? In an interview over DZBB the other day, Gloria in the Palace striked again . "I am not the one who is nangugulo, you know", was the point she stressed repeatedly.

But she is not really nangugulo. Consider the following:

1. She is just pitting one media outlet against the other. In the same interview she said: “Your culture here (GMA-7) is responsible journalism, the reason you have gone a long way, compared to the other network (ABS-CBN) that became No. 2.”

2. And she is just lashing out her emotions against ABS-CBN. Tribune noted: In lashing at ABS-CBN, the President claimed that the Lopez firm is lagging behind GMA-7, which, she said, is due to its continued negative assaults against her.

3. And she is spying on media which she admitted clearly: “I don’t want to judge, but I have tapped agencies to conduct surveillance on the kind of reportage of some of our media entities, in order for them to become responsible.”

4. And to make the media become responsible, she is planning, perhaps, to take over them like what her bogus administration did to Tribune.

Self-destruction and Kison

Senator Rodolfo Biazon disclosed that pro-administration soldiers were out to stage bombings in Metro Manila.

Kaya pala may sumabog a few minutes before Gloria in the Palace gave her speech last Friday on Proclamation 1017.

Meanwhile, AFP Information Chief Tristan Kison sneered at Biazon's disclosure. He said, "A government in its right mind will not do that. It will self-destruct. If our own government will carry this out, we will no longer be credible and we will lose the trust of the people."

Consider this: Immediately before the issuance of Proclamation 1017, an explosion happened in the yard of Malacanang. Mickey Mouse ... err, Mike Defensor, immediately issued statements that the explosion was part of the plot to oust Arroyo. This statement was reconsidered immediately, however. And new statements say that the explosion was just a result of a can of thinner thrown with a cigarette butt.

Well, many are starting to believe the latest statement when, gradually, platoons of soldiers and military tanks started to gather in Malacanang grounds. Malacanang parrots came again to the rescue stating that nothing abnormal is going on and the troop movements are part of the regular functions to protect the president.

Then, suddenly, we woke up with proclamation 1017.

Earlier, lawyers, students and activitists released reports that they will be out in the streets today and on Friday to protest the Presidential Proclamation Number 1017 -- not presidential Proclamation 1081 of Marcos declaring the Martial Law in 1972 but 1017 which is the Gloria in the Palace's proclamation on the state of emergency.

This morning, Gloria in the Palace appeared before the TV stations and issued a statement saying she will lift the State of Emergency soon if she would be assured that the threat to topple her administration was under control.

Teka, mukhang nang-go-Glorya na naman itong si Gloria in the Palace, ah. Porke ba dahil magkakaroon ng malawakang rally kaya nag-isyu siya ng statement na ganun kanina?

Sabagay, tama rin si Lady Choi. To prolong yourself in power, you need more power.

Ibig sabihin, in the simplest words for Juan de Naka Cruz, wala talagang plano itong si Gloria in the Palace na i-lift ang State of Emergency.

At ito namang si Ka Noli na hindi na kabayan dahil nawalan ng backbone, paisyu-isyu pa ng statement na kailangan daw talagang i-lift na ang state of emergency. Kaya lang, colatilla ng pronouncement niya, bahala na si presidente. Ano ba yan!!!!
