Traffic at RevGov

Die Hard Supporter (DHS): P... I.. talagang PNOY ito.

Me: Hindi ho.

Patayin kita diyan. Ulol!

Me: ????

Sex, Drugs and Politics under the PDigong Administration

It seems that key officials in the Duterte Administration are affected with a virus characterized by hyper active sexual libido. Could it be because President Digong My Labs, jokingly or not, allows rape?

Case 1: PCOO head MaAndar or short for Martin Andanar - the TV5 guy that you'll least expect to crack green jokes and more so officially state that EU guys and noisy frogs that they lack sex. Happy siguro si wifey Alelee Andanar, no? Teka, sino kaya mas magaling - si Mrs Andanar o si Ms. Mocha?

Case 2. Since nabanggit na natin si Ms Mocha, well isunod na natin sa list. Sex guru nga sya so expected na natin na what will come out of her mouth are sex, balls and dicks.

Case 3: Talking about dick, we'll include Senator Dick Gordon in the list. Siya lang naman ang pumalit kay Leila Delima after the latter's alleged sexual affairs with her driver. I don't know if Senator Gordon interested with the intercourse. What Tikboy knows is he's so eager to look for assholes engaged in and later uurong lang pala to dig deeper. Kaya nga he said there is no proof linking the Davao group sa P6.4 billion shabu.

He was one of those who facilitated Senator De Lima's ejaculation... este, ejection from the Blue Ribbon Committee.

But moving on, ba't silensyo si Senator Money sa P6.4 billion shabu?

Sal Panelo. After his hundred thousand-peso fashion kicked off, sample naman sa social media ang inabot niya for his unwanted "great in bed f__king" comment. So when Sal Panelo made sexual innuendos sa Swiss radio interviewer in the form of jokes, nothing is wrong for him but everything is wrong for the Philippines. The Presidential Chief Legal Counsel who should be the chief person to know the law including that of sexual harassment law making a joke on sex? What a joke, di ba?

Assuming that it is, racial discrimination naman ngayon ang kahaharapin niya. Diba mga kapatid nating Bisaya?

Case 6. Lorraine Badoy turned PCOO Usec. Remember her as Social Welfare Assistant Secretary endorsing child pornography sa mga taga-EU? That must be the kind of social welfare we could expect -- child pornography. But since she did well in endorsing child porn, she is now promoted to Usec and we must be prepared lest she might become the official spokesperson on sex and child pornography. Not far from reality, right? She is so interested in armpits and navels.

President Digong my Labs issued a threat of declaring a revolutionary government. This caused negative reactions with some calling him paranoid and insecure.

Well, me point nga naman na tawagin siyang paranoid. "Revolutionary government", from the word itself, is a government that is a product of a revolution. Just like Emilio Aguinaldo's government, or that of Cory Aquino. So Digong my Labs cannot declare a revolutionary government because there is no revolution to speak of.

Second, Digong my Labs is the head of the government -- and not just of one department but all of the executive branch of the government. To some extent, Asex Mocha Uson even mistook him to be the State. So commonsense dictates that President Digong my Labs cannot declare a revolution against himself.

But on another note, it is not illogical for Digong my Labs to declare a revolution even though it is against himself. First, there is a logic that says "A is not equal to A". Was it George Novack? In simple terms, si Digong My Labs could not be Digong My Labs. Malabo? Malabo nga eh. Pero that is the truth: He can be but cannot be.

Sige, ganito na lang para malinaw: When Tikboy is awake, he is Tikboy. But when he sleepwalks and does things outside of his full consciousness, he is not Tikboy. This is also being recognized sa mga batas natin kaya nga meron tayong exempting circumstances like imbecility or insanity. But we are not saying here that Digong my Labs is insane. We have no proof nor evidence to say that. Maybe me psychological issues siya that led to his annulment to his first wife, pero there are no proofs yet na psychopath siya gaya ng claim ni Ms. Agot.

Going back, Digong my Labs could be the President and the Chief Executive but in some cases he could not be he. Proof: He says things that a president could not say but at the same time says what a real president should say.

Second, he could be in control of the government but could not be in control. Atty. Bruce Rivera is very clear: "Ang labas sa ibang bansa e hindi tayo takot dahil kontrolado namin presidente; lumalabas na tayo nambubully - we have a bully president and we are enablers because we are also bullies." (Emphasis supplied.) See the video also below.

If President Digong my Labs is in control of the government, then there is no need to declare a revolutionary government. But since he is making the threat, it simply shows that he is not in control. This confirms Atty. Bruce.

This also being the case, then we haven't elected Digong my Labs kundi ang grupo ni Atty. Bruce.

Nakakalito. Sabi ni Thinking Pinoy, nag-iisip lang siya and he is just connecting the dots. Puwede pong mag-call a friend at magpatulong sa pag-connect the dots?

Eto pala ang video ni Atty. Bruce:

Drug lords, nawala nga ba?

President Digong my Labs transferred to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) the authority and responsibility on the war on drugs -- an indirect admittance that the administration’s bloody war on illegal drugs is chaotic. The move is also in contrast to Secretary of Fooling Affairs Peter Cayetano that the President trusts the Philippine National Police (PNP).

Because of President Digong my Labs' move, Gen.

The last time Tikboy checked kasi wala pa namang drug lords na nahuhuli.

President Digong fed with fake news?

Mukhang out of control na ang fake news mill kaya kahit si President Rody, nabiktima ng fake news at na-wow mali ulit sa international community.

Yesterday, the social media, and the political and economic circles went abuzz when President Rody Duterte drove the European ambassadors away of the country giving them 24 hours to pack their bags. The reason: Delegates from Europe lambasting the war against drugs was mistaken to be the European Union delegation.

Immediately, Ernie Abella came to save the night and with creative imagination claimed that the President was fed the wrong information. He said the President mistook the delegates from Europe composed of representatives from the International Progressive Alliance and social democrats as members of the parliament of the European Union.

Ikalawa, the department of Peter Cayetano also debunked the claim of Digong my Labs na nagbibigay daw ng $18 to $20 million ang UK.

Funny Pacquiao and his Biblical pseudomnesia

One Bible quoting pastor... err, senator na itago natin sa pangalang Funny Pacquiao has questioned and probably voted against the confirmation of DOH Secretary Ubial. The reason: Ubial's son, Karl, has posted something in the social media that irked Pacquiao

The post merely shared a GMA News article on Pacquiao's comment on the hero's burial for Marcos, and made a caption saying: "Only God can judge Marcos. Supports judgment through death penalty."

Now it has become clearer: The mother's career should be thrown to the gutter for her sons alleged ugly comments. Parang North Korea where a family is punished for the sin of one of its members.

Last time Tikboy checked, the Philippines has already threatened to kick out EU ambassadors, if not actually threatening them to leave within 24,  in preparation to becoming  hermit kingdom?

Pero balik tayo kay Pacquio. Bible quoting sya.

For the LORD is our judge, The LORD is our lawgiver, The LORD is our king; He will save us-- (Isaiah 33:22)
That just confirms Karl Ubial's caption that only God can judge Marcos. Or Karl should say: Only Pacquiao can judge Marcos?

Worse, Pacquiao has also skipped the verse in Proverbs 10:14:

A wise man holds his tongue. Only a fool blurts out everything he knows; that only leads to sorrow and trouble.
Otherwise, if he really didn't skip the verses, he should have also shared the same to the king.

When Peter betrays Jesus... err, Duterte

Sometimes, interests sweep loyalty under the rug.  This was the case of Fooling Affairs Secretary Allan Peter Cayetano when he was grilled by Al Jazeera host Mehdi Hasan. Or was there ever at least a dot of loyalty on Peter Cayetano's part?

In Tikboy's last post, Cayetano lied, just like his namesake, Peter, the disciple of Jesus the Christ. But unlike the disciple, Cayetano lied more than three times and the transcript of his interview betrays his lips. Worse, he did not only lie but also contradicts, if not disowns, the words of the President. Focused on the Philippine National Police, the transcript is as follows:

HASAN: The President doesn’t trust them. Your President doesn't trust your police, you know that right?

CAYETANO: Filipinos… they don't trust the rogue police.

HASAN: No, that's not what he said. President Duterte said, "You policemen are the most corrupt, you are corrupt to the core, it's in your system." That doesn't sound like rogue. "It's in your system."

CAYETANO: Last time I checked, hyperbole and figures of speech are allowed.

HASAN: 40% of the police in the Philippines are corrupt, he says, is that true or false?

CAYETANO: That's his estimation. Their chief of police estimation is 2%.

HASAN: So who’s right, the President or the chief of police? I can’t believe you’re throwing [him] under the bus.

CAYETANO: I'm not throwing him under the bus. What I’m saying…

HASAN: Is the President correct that 40% of the police… it’s a simple yes or no answer. Is he correct, in your view, that 40% of them are corrupt?

CAYETANO: When you make an estimation…

HASAN: Is it a correct estimation?

CAYETANO: That is his estimation. That's not the point. The point is he's trying to clean up the police, and he admits that there is a problem.
A Foreign Affairs Secretary is an alter-ego of the President. That means, he represents the President and not contradicts him. In this case, Cayetano contradicted President Duterte by saying that only 2% of the police are corrupt as against Duterte's claim of 40%. Even if it is just Duterte's estimation, he should accept it as it is.

Second, Cayetano contradicts the President by implying that Duterte is not a Filipino. The exchange shows:

HASAN: When you said believe the US, you quote a poll, I'm not disputing that Filipinos support President Duterte and support the... I'm not disputing that. I'm disputing the record. The US Assistant Secretary of State for Southeast Asia says: "We have a very sustained, deep concern that the drug war is operating outside the rule of law. The growing number of extrajudicial killings is troubling, we have raised those concerns."
The US State Department, the Catholic Church, they're all just biased against the Philippines?

CAYETANO: Yes, because the point is, Filipinos will not support human rights violations. We're a very spiritual people, whether Muslim or Christian, Filipinos believe in the dignity of life... (Emphasis supplied.)
Sometime in August this year, Duterte clearly justified the large-scale killing of drug users by suggesting the victims were not human. As reported by GMA News Online:

"Crime against humanity? In the first place, I’d like to be frank with you: are they humans? What is your definition of a human being?" he (Duterte) told soldiers while visiting an army camp, according to transcripts of his speech released afterwards.
"Human rights? Use it properly in the right context if you have the brains," he added.
"You cannot wage a war without killing," Duterte said, adding that many drug users were beyond rehabilitation.
So since Duterte does not mind if there are killings, thenhe does not value the dignity of life. Therefore, Duterte is not a Filipino.

Next, Filipinos will not support human rights violations, that was what Cayetano said. But there are lots of human rights violations and the Commission on Human Rights was even threatened by the Congress for not acting on those violations. In the drug war alone, there are 3,800 human rights violations -- assuming that there is at least one violation for every drug dealer killed based on Cayetano's figures. This could either be a violation of the human rights of the police, or that of the imaginary victim of the drug dealer, or thedead drug dealer himself/herself. So if Duterte allows this human rights violations, then he is not a Filipino. That, clearly, is what Cayetan's logic is all about.

The third instance is, again, not sticking to the script that the junkies are beyond rehabilitation. In the interview, Cayetano still claims that the government is still putting up billions worth of drug center.

HASAN: But shouldn't you treat these people, not just shoot them in the head? You’re cutting funding [for] rehabilitation, from $16 million to $15 million in 2018.

CAYETANO: That's not true. It's going into the buildings, and we're putting up billions worth of drug centers all around

But why would Cayetano contradict the President and throw him off the bus, so to speak? Is he showing that the sitting President is inutile that he doesn't even know how to estimate? Or that the sitting President is a liar? Or, is he practicing to be the President? The last time we check the social media, there is a growing Cayetano-Poe tandem being floated for 2022. Is this another contradiction to the President's words that Sarah Duterte will inherit the presidential throne?

By the way, credits go to Rappler for the Cayetano interview by Hasan.

How Peter Cayetano lives up to his name

The following is a transcript of the exclusive interview of Secretary of Fooling... err, Foreign Affairs Alan Peter Cayetano by Al Jazeera host and award-winning British journalist Mehdi Hasan:
HASAN: So every single one of the 3 and a half thousand people who was killed was a drug dealer?
CAYETANO: Yes.
HASAN: How do we know that? You didn't try them. You didn't prosecute them. You didn't charge them. You shot them on site! That's not a democratic way of solving crime, is it?
CAYETANO: You're absolutely saying it as if you're not on the ground. Come and look. If I pull a gun on you, here, right now, and you shoot me, it’s your fault? Or my fault?
HASAN: That’s not what I asked. I said 3 and a half thousand people have been killed by the police, are they all criminal drug dealers?
CAYETANO: Yes.

Talamak na talaga ang droga sa Pilipinas. Even a four year old is a drug dealer, if Allan Peter Cayetano is to be believed. The four year old child, Althea Barbon died on September 1, 2016, from gunshot wounds sustained during a buy-bust operation against her father, Aldrick Barbon, in Guhuilngan City, Negros Oriental. Can she even count one peso?

Two others, Danica May Garcia of Dagupan Pangasinan, and Francis Mañosca of Pasay City, were also killed in the War Against Drugs. Both are five years old.

It seems that Cayetano is just living up to his name -- Peter. Peter, one of the 12 disciples, lied thrice about Jesus the Christ. Is his father, the esteemed Rene Cayetano, just being prophetic? But how come there are still a lot of Peters Tikboy met and knew who are honest despite being loyal? Or, is Peter Cayetano, like Peter the disciple, is just a few of the exceptions?

Oh, and by the way, here is the video how Peter lied not just thrice in order to survive:

Philippine-DPRK trade relations: Signs of times?

The Philippines has maintained an economic relations with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) until Foreign Affairs Secretary Allan Peter Cayetano met with the United States Ambassador to the Philippines. According to reports, the Philippines is the third largest trading partner of the "hermit kingdom" in 2017 amounting to US$ 87 million.

The Philippines exports to North Korea bananas, computers, integrated circuit boards and women’s undergarments and imports "iron and steel products, which could put the country in breach of UN resolutions which restrict member states from importing numerous DPRK minerals".

Sabi, the economic trade is a sign of desperation. Possibly. Teka, economic desperation nga nino?

Proud to be "Ingrato"

Just lately, Philippine National Police Chief Gen. Bato dela Rosa called the critics on the war against drugs as a bunch of ingrates.

"Prangka lang ako. You can criticize us to high heavens but I can tell you straight sa inyong mga mata, 'yung mga critic, sabihan ko kayo, ingrato kayo. Alam ko nakikinabang din kayo sa peace and order na idinulot ng war on drugs," " he said in an ambush interview.
Well, if the definition of being an ingrate means not being appreciative, then we are proud to be one. Bakit? Let us count the ways...

  1. The war is a failure. The bald head... err, figures released by the government on the number of drug users is very telling. From the 1.8 million drug users in September 2016, the figure rose to 4.7 million in May this year and to 7 million this October 2017. If the war is successful, the figure should be declining, not increasing, unless the goal of the war is pataasan ng ihi... este, bilang.
  2. The war is a failure. I mean, druglord?
  3. The war is a failure.
  4. The war on drugs is a failure.
  5. The war on drugs is a failure.
